ok for taking it just follow these
steps: If you are not from Turkey you'll need a web proxy...go to http://www.gizlibak.com/en/
Paste this link into the box:

Log in, then paste this link into the box
http://www.stardoll.com/en/contest/finish.php?id=1065
Log off the proxy and go to regular Stardoll.
It will be in a box in your suite.
UPDATE: This tee is available in most of the countries, so before you go to the proxy look to the page od conest in your country
